Searchable text in InDesign files?

Promoted from User Forums

Is there a way to search all of the text within InDesign files including Triple Triangle slugs and metadata? Would this involve WebNative Venture? Basically I'd love to, for example, be able to search for all of the ads we had done for Newsweek by searching for "Newsweek" in WebNative or Bridge, and get a list back of print mechanicals that have this publication name somewhere in the file. Other searches might be "133 line screen" or "10.21" etc.

Triple Triangle embeds all that data as XMP info in the file itself. And Webnative Venture can read any embedded XMP data. We have this very scenario working with many of our customers.
Your integrator should be able to help you with this.

I can vouch for that. We use Triple Triangle, and after you set up the matching fields in Venture, the data is automatically read in and searchable with Venture
