You might want to ask your integrator if they offer anything with those features.

We have a reporting tool that does just that, gathers all relevant info and displays it in our module as well as exporting to a CSV file. Let me know if you need more info.

It sounds like I did something very similar for a former employer. Our client wanted to run reports on some of it's assets with information such as file name, meta data values, file location and upload date. I was able to build a MySQL query that did the trick. I would imagine tying usage data to that would not be difficult but I never looked into it as there was not a need at the time.
