FPO images created by Webnative

Promoted from the User Forums

I have a situation where a client is interested in downloading FPO's created by Web Native but will only be able to view them through the default preview application.

The problem we're experiencing is that preview does not recognize the Tiff/ EPS file format web Native is making? Is there a work around or a fix that can help us solve this issue?

Any help or information on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Let me make sure I understand your question; Your client is downloading FPO's but ONLY has the preview application available to them to look at the images?

If I'm understanding correctly, if preview is the only app they have available but the images are not opening up in preview do this:

1. get info on any tiff or eps and change the "open with" application to preview. Preview can't read eps files but will convert it to PDF on the fly and open the PDf in preview.

If the user just needs to view and not use for OPI why not use the Batch Image Order and convert to jpeg format?
