WebNative PDFs not expanding on Windows download?

PDF files downloaded from WebNative automatically compress and uncompress on the fly when done from a Mac. When downloading from a PC running Windows the files download in the compressed .SIT format.>>>
Many Windows users do not have the proper software to uncompress the files or they do not know how to uncompress the files. Does anyone know why the files are not uncompressing back to their .PDF format during the download?

Users should have the option to change the 'Archive Peference' option when they log-in, (usually in the same place as changing their password) changing this to a Zip will allow PC users to decompress downloaded files, or am I missing your point?
