We've been using FlashNet to archive/backup our data for awhile now. We're pretty happy with it and now that most of our users are trained they can do their own restores via FlashWeb and that works great.
The FlashWeb plugin is pretty slick. Instead of giving all our Customer Service Reps the ability to do the actual restore, we wrote a plug-in that lets them submit a request that emails the folks who do the actually restore. The email contains a link to all the files/folders that need to be restored, instructions on what job[s] to restore the filed to and time need.
